We can produce your part, up to a size of 6' x 10' x 4' deep from virtually any thermo-plastic material. We can design and build the tooling needed for the application; we can run the products, we can even warehouse and ship the finished product for you. Fabrication, die-cutting, bonding, and packaging are some of the services we offer. In addition, we can handle the grinding and processing of the scrap material for you as well.

We have recently added a new state of the art rotary machine that has the capabilities to Pressure Form products. This new rotary machine can pressure or vacuum form parts up to 6' x 9'.
